DEAD FLUKE 115

Hello Mates,

I've been given this Fluke 115, board code FLUKE-117-3001 - REV 009

The board is cosmetically very clean, someone touched the Q10 R20 and Q9, not sure if these are the correct parts.

The meter draws 8mA when powered with 9V. No display or bip in any range sometimes a quiet buzzer noise.
I do not know the meter historic

C20 with is near U3 (LDO) measures 4.99V
C25 the microprocessor cap measures 2.52V

I tried to find some schematic but obviously they're not available.
