dead yamaha rxv491d please,please,please help

hi bought yamaha rxv491d off ebay description was no power
upon removing cover found D12 near hdmi port blown (small hole in it) and ic1(hdmi chip) shorted
fitted new D12 and hdmi chip
checked voltages i have 5.5v and +3.3m present but have no standby led and key combination on front of receiver of (tone+info+power) gives me nothing
on connector cb23 i have
pin 1 =+3.3m = 3.305v
pin 2 = dgnd
pin 3 = acpwrdet = 3.276v
pin 4 = pry =0v
pin 5 = dest = 2.719v

replaced main microcontroller thinking that too had been damaged but still same function/readings
any ideas why pry would be 0v ?
any help would be greatly appreciated
