repair Casio 465 sound tone bank

I have been attempting to repair a Casio 465 sound tone bank, its refusing to turn on, I have verified all the resistor values and cap values and there all good, nothing appears to be burn but when i did first open it i did smell like something did burn, there's a few thing i haven't varied has I have not found a service Manuel for the board inside. This would not be the first time a repair a device, but it is the first time I ask for help.

What is the model number of the keyboard? 465 sound tone bank is just the series.

Some of the Casio keyboards used a power control IC like LA5668 for power switching/regulation between battery and AC plug pack, this or something like it may be the problem.

Maybe a photo of the PCB would help us to point you in the right direction.

oh damn i had forgotten about this i think the model is CT-636 not much on this for identification
