Dell PA-1131-02D2 Power adapter repair

Hi.
I'm trying to repair a Dell laptop adapter model PA-1131-02D2, and I can't find anywhere a circuit diagram or datasheet for the LTA301N, which is the main chip on the board. The problem with the adapter is that it has a fluctuating output. I would be grateful for a link or advice.
