I managed to brick yet another FirePro M7820 because of the dogshit software that is called ATIWinflash, tried flashing a 1.25V BIOS to my GPU and my flasher crashed halfway.
Is there a way I can fix this? I have a Revelprog-IS on order, a working M7820 in another M6500, and I have a CH341A but no wires for the clip.

Remove the BIOS chip and re-flash from scratch
by using an external programmer.
Last hope in case you can manage this still cheap

Problem with that is: I can't solder.
EDIT: Programmer has been sent and I also ordered a preprogrammed BIOS chip in case I can't do ICP.

Went to someone with a programmer and clip and it seems it's impossible to in-circuit program. Looks like I have to wait until the chip comes in the mail or find soemone to remove the chip and program it myself.

The programmer doesn’t have the output impedance to drive the I/O when in circuit.
Quite likely the issue

Had the chip pulled, double checked both vBIOS'es I have (1.15v and 1.25v) with Radeon BIOS Editor, flashed the 1.25V vBIOS with the (excellent btw) Revelprog-IS programmer and gave it back to the guy for soldering. Wish me luck, I better hit 1 GHz core clock on that fucking M7820 after so much trouble!
Really pissed the brick happened though, with stock/1.05V I hit 850/1200 clocks which is unheard of with a M7820.

Should be able to unbrick without desoldering anything. https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/3nxhju/my_semidetailed_guide_to_unbricking_an_amd_gpu/ (https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/3nxhju/my_semidetailed_guide_to_unbricking_an_amd_gpu/)
As you most likely have no video on the laptop, you can create a bat file for it to run automatically on startup. Or simply type blindly.

Ch341a is a 5/3.3v programmer

I already own a CH341a but I don't have a Pomona 5250 clip, I ordered one from the USA. Oh, and blind flashing is not an option, the M6500 does not boot with a bricked vBIOS.
-
W00t, received my Pomona Clip. Now how the hell do I connect it? I have leads for the Revelprog but the pinout is incomprehensible to me.

You’re confused how the SOIC 8 adapter pin out will match you numbered 1-8 pins on your programmer?
Just use some DuPont wires
-
Pin out is just the usual 24/25xx series flash 8 pin
You have the header on the side of the programmer and also can lock DuPont pins into the ZIF locking socket too. Just improvise it’ll take only a few minutes.

So, final report: card is dead. I had the vBIOS chip replaced again with another, known good one and yet the card stayed dead.
