Dell Precision M6600 USB port boom!

It’s mains powered and I was stupid enough to plug it into my Dell laptop without testing the voltage on the USB connection. The instant  I plugged it in, there was a fairly large arc and the laptop shutdown.

Looks like the USB port I plugged into is part of the motherboard.

I’m not optimistic, anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

There some n-Port USB Hub IC directly connects to the USB jack
check, likely broken some of it
