Delta DPSN-525AP Power Supply worth repairing?

This is a power supply for a Cisco POE switch. It appears to be putting out 50v on it's POE rail but the 12v rail seems shot.  The switch was part of a network that went down to a power outage and a surge when the power came back up killed it.  Can't find a schematic or pinout for that 14pin connector.  Not sure where to start.
