Denon Receiver AVR 1912 Troubleshooting - Does not Power on

We have a Denon AVR 1912 connected to UPS /Voltage regulator. Suddenly the unit does not power on . We tried unplugging the unit from the UPS and sourcing power from a different outlet and did not power on either. Verified the manual on the troubleshooting section and does not give further ideas to address issue.

Any further recommendations?

Did you checked the fuse?

Have a look at the service manual (look at page 61: trouble shooting):

There are two fuses to check first: F100 and F101.
There is an auxiliary SMPS 5.2V...you should then check if you have the auxiliary 5.2V rail.
