Panel Visonic alguien que lo trabaje o lo conozca

Hola, tengo una alarma vieja es una Visonic Powermax Espress se bloqueo me sale P1: N2: N3 queria saber si alguien sabe como desbloquearla..

Soft Reset

A Soft-Reset will not reset the master installer code or user code.  A soft-reset will reset the zone programming etc. All devices will be deleted.

To perform the Reset:

    Enter Installer Mode.
    Scroll through the menus until you see FACTORY DEFLT, Press <OK>.
    Display will show <OK> to restore, Press <OK>.
    Display will show ENTER CODE, enter the master installer code.
    Display will show PLEASE WAIT... for a short time, after which the factory defaults will have loaded.
    The display will revert to FACTORY DEFLT.

 
Hard-Reset

A Hard-Reset will reset the Master installer code to 9999 and the user code to 1111.

To perform a hard-reset on the Powermax Pro control panel;

    Remove the mains power to the control panel.
    Open the control panel and disconnect the battery.
    Identify the 3 pins marked DEF
    Fit a jumper across the D and E pins
    Apply battery power to the panel for approximately 10 seconds.
    Remove battery power from the panel.
    Remove the jumper from the D and E pins.
    Re-connect the battery.
    Close the panel and apply mains power.
