Dewalt DCR025 Rotary Encoder ID

I found this Dewalt boom box\ battery charger on side of the road as usual anything with a cord on it I have to pick it up and take it apart.

It needs a new push switch rotary encoder.  I was going to rebuild it but one of the plates is broken.  It’s for turning on and adjusting the volume.

Why are these not marked with some kind of identifier.

if some one could let me know what I need  to replace  this I would appreciate it.  The whole board is $50 and up.
