Diagnose Samsung Plasma TV
« on: February 14, 2015, 12:29:01 pm »
Is there any way to diagnose such that the plasma panel itself can be ruled out as the cause of failure? Power supply voltages are all correct.

The gamble is getting a new board or two then finding out the panel itself is bad. So I'd like to first rule out the panel.

Any ideas? How often do the panels go bad? Or is it a rare case that panels go bad?

Thanks,
