Digital Handheld Capacitance Meter DM-6013 had zero adjust issue [SOLVED]

Test equipement : Digital handheld capacitance meter
Model number :  DM-6013
Brand : PeerTronik
Manufacturer : Lutron, Taipei, Taiwan
Display : LCD 3 1/2 digits

I recently had to repair my faithful DM-6013 digital capacitance meter. It was no longer possible to zero the meter, by rotating the dedicated front panel potentiometer. Minimum offset value obtainable was now 20 pF :-BROKE. This offset could be observed up to the 200 nF scale.
A replacement of IC4 (TL062) solved the problem. As I had no TL062, a functional/pin compatible TL072 was used in place. An added quality DIL-8 socket now eases further replacement.
IC9 (CD4066) also gained a DIL-14 socket but the original IC is still in place, because it turned out that it was not implied in the described failure.

After repair, the meter can now easily be zeroed. A verification with a 91 nF 1% capacitor displayed 91,8 nF which is sufficient for my use.

TE schematic is attached below.
