Hi, My first post. I am a Retired 72 year old Electrician\Electronics Tradesman.. Bought a used digital scope thinking i could fix it, but think it is a stuck in bootup fault and probably  need to reflash and can't seem to find any files needed.
I have tried constantly pressing the Math buttton on statup but does not help. Have taken the back off and seen it is a Siglent board inside, has no serial port but does have a micro sd card holder. Always wanted a digital scope, and would love to bring it back to life. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

Hello!

First you need to look through the boot sequence.
Seems that J11 is a diagnostic USB connector.
Connect only Rx, Tx and GND but check it first for GND position.

Here you can see some additional information with Google translator:

PS
All questions are welcome!

7" display ?

500 MSa/s and LAN suggests it's a SDS1000DL+......initially thought SDS1000CNL+ but they are 1 GSa/s and never were offered in low BW.
We have recovery packages for these.

Siglent HQ kindly searched the SN# and confirmed it is SDS1022DL+ for which we have recovery methods.

RobinPR, send me PM with your email address.
