I have a Cal Controls #3300 (Code: 330000005). As you can see from the pictures, it's kind of obvious which part has released the magic smoke.

It's a diode and it has the code

85C
150
GP

I'm pretty sure I know what it is, but I'd like a second opinion before I do something stupid. Thanks
