Good morning all!; I am still asking you for the identification of a component. This time, it's a diode (box: SOT), with the marking: N46. What exact model can it correspond to? Thank you for your help (no photo possible, because the shot is blurry .....) Cdt :-+

Hi lionelkjh,

Top marking "N46" under SOT-23 package is AZ431LANTR, it is a low voltage adjustable precision shunt regulator.
