Fluke 32 takes a while to zero out

I have an old Fluke 32 Clamp Meter that works but takes a long time to zero out. This issue occurs on all the settings (600v, 220v, 200 ohm, 600A, 200A). My guess would be because of it's age that the capacitors are probably shot. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
