Hi guys! new here, but been following EEVblog for a while now. I have a Volvo computer to repair (from an excavator or similar) but I can't find info on the burned component. It looked like a diode obviously... might be a zener? but without info, it is hard to order a replacement component. it is about 6.5mm overall length and 3.5mm width. diode test (multimeter) gives me about .570V forward and 3.20V backward on a good one. any help here to identify/test/find a replacement is more than welcome. I added a picture of one of the good one. thanks!!! |

Welcome to the forum...... Could it be a Onsemi MURS1504? https://www.hotenda.com/marking-code/search/list/RGG.html Data sheet attached. |

I guess comparing using my curve tracer will give me a better idea than just using a multimeter. will let you know probably next week. thanks!! |
