Display Repair Honda CBR 600 RR 2003

Hello

Im riding a Honda CBR 600 RR 2003, recently i discovered that both of my buttons on the display arent working at all. When I press them theres no resistance. The Display itself is working fine, i dont wanna swap the whole display because that would cost to much. Whats the best way to find out which parts are broken, and how do I replace them
