Do you know what this IC chip is?

I am having trouble finding information on this chip.

Maybe I need more coffee can't seem to find it.
Ti 30165 Should be 30615
OOPS ! I have that habit.
It is from a Fluke 8846a mainboard.

Take another look.  Your post gave a number which isn't the same as in the picture.  Was that a typo?

:-+ Yes that is the one on the datasheet addendum page 1 it states the same device marking code for
TPS3306-15DR.
