The logging is pointing to low ampl. ch1 this looks strange to me If the pre-amp is a suspect on a channel is it the red circled chip (see bottom picture) which needs to be replaced? or is there a way to debug the inputs or let s us say: get more detailed logging from the channels? can somebody confirm that? |

Im not see horizontal scale is choice on photo (this is important, it depends on how many ADCs and DEMUX are used for showing horizontal scale), anyway your problem on ADC-DEMUX side, not PreAmp side. LOSpeed and Hi Speed signal's in this side on DEMUX, according to the your diag file this scope have problem in channel 1. Try watch too signal on every channel in 5GS and 10GS do you see somthing strange? First il be reball here DEMUX 0 and 1 chip. About how solder and what problems you will face and what you need to pay attention to, I will write later here (It's 3am now) there are points that you need to pay attention to, i need do photo and video to show this. In two word: you need pay attention about flatness pcb and ADC-DEMUX footprint have pad's which need to be checked for mechanical damage. Please wait my message about this procedure, this may save your board-chip. |

What hapen if you move calSPCConst.dat from C:\TekScope\calibration to Desktop then reboot (after this scope if i'm not mistaken should run a deeper diagnostic level). Then try warmup and SPC calibrate. What he write after all this in files calidiag.log and console.log |
