DPO7254 Demux Fault in Log

Hi i got a DPO7254 on my bench, after starting up the unit, it fails with error 315 and 316.  My debug logs are pointing to a demux communication problem.

I have lots of experience reballing/replacing Demux's on these boards.  I had access to a BGA rework machine.  I'm not sure I would try a reflow on a lead free board.  To hot and and risky.

today i took the chip off one of the two chips, i just warmed up the heatsink for 1,5 min at just over 400c. and then i could easy take it off the board.

i found this on the bottom of the chip a little swallen... very little.
ad a close up picture.     but how can i find out the swallen part is still ok?   diode test between the pads ?

if somebody have a Donor board for sale from a DPO7000 series  please get in touch with me.
(also for just one chip contact me)

Here is what i would do.  Your looking for open pads.  Find a grounding pad(should be common with a bunch of pads).  Then do a resistance check with pads in the bubbled area.  One more thing to consider this bubble may not allow the BGA to sit correctly down.  When I have manually pulled these chips is removed the heatsink 1st.  Put a small thermocouple under the BGA(it will fit) and keep an eye on the temps as you heat the chip.

i found a picture on the web of a simulair chip i am looking for.
but what is the partnumber ?   ADG387C  or MM9617C-FBB or ? ( i am a little confused  :-// )

who can help me out with a donor chip or board?
