DSE T2000
« on: January 15, 2023, 05:58:36 am »
Hello - I'm attempting to repair a DSE T2000 and have hit a dead end, so am looking for help/suggestions.
The thermocouple was open so I replaced the element (it is 60w vs 48w, so hopefully that is not a big issue.)
I have found an owner's manual online, as well as a friend who has one. Unfortunately the schematic does not match the PCB.
The PCB referenced in the manual is a 66-168001, whereas my station has a 66-168001C PCB, and it is a very different board.
Major issue is the use of the LM358P op amp in my station as opposed to the LM1458 op amp in the schematic.

Are there any schematics / owners manuals about based on the 66-168001C?

Thanks in advance

** Does anybody have any suggestions on how to calibrate this? With the new element and thermocouple the minimum temp is now over 300c.
