DSO-X 2012A Power supply repair
« on: November 23, 2024, 06:52:11 am »
A DSO-X2012A power supply is faulty and has no 1V output. It is found that the Q300 in the multi-channel power output board (75019-26424) is blown up. It should be a MOS tube, but I don't know the model. Which friend can tell me? Thank you very much!

What is the input voltage for Q300?

PS
Have a look on Q202 and Q203.

13V。I found out, it's FDSAS6982AS。But the parameters of U305 cannot be found (3011), The 13th pin to ground (digital multimeter diode range) is only 0.056 in both forward and reverse measurements, while the 13th pin to ground of other 3011s is about 0.12 (reverse measurement on the circuit board). It is estimated that it has been damaged.
