DSO6000 schematic

I just bought the DSO6014L 1U oscilloscope from the Ebay.

The lan connection seems not to be established as the Keysight IO lib. can't find this instrument.

However, the GPIB and USB on this scope operate properly and Keysight IO can recognise it on both interface.

I need the schematic for this scope to check on the RC component on the lan port.

Could anyone know how to get this schematic?

I did try on the service manual of the DSO6000 but can't find any clue for the schematic.
