Dual Apodys Chloride Ups Inverter Can Bus Communication Problem:: Urgent !!!!

Can anyone has any idea as to What Timeout means in reference to Dual Parallel APODYS 18 KVA Emerson Chloride UPS.
We have an alarm for" CAN Communication Problem" INVERTER TIMEOUT AND ? MARK ON DISPLAY when AC Supply breaker is energized, though the Charger is normal i.e there is no alarm.

Red Led Flashing on display

Note : Its partner UPS is healthy but in shutdown position

Urgent Response is awaited.
