Hello everyone! I cannot identify these 2 voltage regulators U4 (marking: 5A), and U5 (marking: 3A) on a VELLEMAN DVM9912 multimeter (see picture).....Can you help me?? Thanks in advance

Based on results from RepairCompanion, It seems they are a pair of power amps, but reverse engineering the board would confirm or deny this.

Good evening; thank you for answering me and for finding me this site that I did not know... One last detail which is outside of this post: the marking of the component 30A (SOT-89) gives: AAT60030A-S16 and I do not cannot find a supplier; Would there be an equivalent?

I have just noticed that the NJU7201U30 (SOT-89) regulator also bears the marking: 30A as for the: AAT60030A-S16; why?

I think they could be 3.0V (3A) and 5.0V (5A) LDO regulators:
