Dyson SV15(V11) Nonrotating fault
« on: October 31, 2023, 08:17:27 am »
Dyson SV15 vacuum cleaner trigger a "dong", no reaction, no turn. Now I'm trying to draw a schematic, which is a little difficult. It seems that such glitches are common. My guess is the protection mechanism tripped. Limited level, initiated this thread, hope to get everyone's help. Thank you very much!

The U11 printing H89XG tripin chip in the picture, does anyone know what it is? The middle pin is grounded, one pin is connected to 3.3V, the middle pin to pin 1 and pin 3 have diode characteristics, pin 3 to pin 1 and pin 2 are not on, but pin 1 and pin 2 to pin 3 have on voltage drop.

The information I found is that the central shaft of the motor is faulty and cannot be repaired at present.
If you disassemble the motor,
you should be able to find that the central shaft of the motor is loose.
