Dyson V10 Repair

I was given a Dyson V10 stick vacuum cleaner, it had a broken switch trigger which has been repaired, bit of a bush fix but it works, but the real problem seems to be the motor circuit board which per photo has what appears to be, at least I think is a ruptured capacitor C-45 and also C-35, unfortunately there is no info on these items re voltage / capacity, does anyone have such info or a schematic. Any leads appreciated. Thanks, Alan.
