| Dyson V6 need help identifying (most likely a Mosfet) |

Another Dyson repair on the forums :) Mine developed a slightly different fault than all popular battery balancing act of late. The powerbrush died sometime ago, and now finally I got myself to do some investigating. Here are some pics that I hope show quite clearly what happened :) The magic smoke trail is clearly visible on chip Q5 (most likely mosfet of some sort), unfortunately it also obliterated the second half of the markings, I can read FD.. then a molten crater. Can someone help me identify this chip? Much appreciated. |
