Dyson V6 need help identifying (most likely a Mosfet)
(1/1)
alpher:
Another Dyson repair on the forums :)
Mine developed a slightly different fault than all popular battery balancing act of late.
The powerbrush died sometime ago, and now finally I got myself to do some investigating.
Here are some pics that I hope show quite clearly what happened :)
The magic smoke trail is clearly visible on chip Q5 (most likely mosfet of some sort), unfortunately it also obliterated the second half of the markings, I can read FD.. then a molten crater.
Can someone help me identify this chip?
Much appreciated.
