Sharp 65" Roku TV
« on: May 04, 2021, 02:57:08 am »
Hello everyone,

I recently got a Sharp 65" Roku TV from my dad and It stopped working the other day. The power light comes on, but there is no backlight or image (as far as I can tell). I am assuming its a power supply issue. I removed the power supply from the TV and measured the voltages on the output, and they were measuring 8V. I found a table that showed the pin out on the connector that went to the main processing board, and that stated that it should be at 12V.

I guess my question is does anyone know where to find a schematic for this power supply? Or if you have experience with similar boards, some pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated. Its getting kind of late tonight, but I think I will give it another shot tomorrow after work.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Jeff

PS: If I am missing useful information, please let me know. This is my first post of this kind, and I am looking forward to the experience gained  ;D

I googled for "hisense rsag7 filetype:pdf" and found this one, the component references seem to match:

I've attached it here also. Good luck with the repair!

[Edit] well, not all references match. Hopefully it is similar enough..
