electric scooter motor controller

I'm repairing an electric scooter that presented with no power, no display, nothing. After opening it, check the battery and it was at 27vdc. The controller module had one busted MOSFET and one shorted. Replaced them all with new ones. Everything else looked ok, but I still get no power and no display. The yellow wires have 27vds, but I get nothing on red (I supposed it should be 5vdc). Looking at the PCB I could not locate the 5v reg circuit... Does anyone have experience with these boards that can give me some light?
