Electrolux Induction cooktop replacement parts?

Seek help on obsolete IGBT(IXGR40N60C2D1 ) and broken neighbor diode(glass SMD) replacement.
1.Got from ebay but faked, non-isolated pad IXGR40N60C2D1, I have insulation pad (thin film for CPU use) but a bit worry on its heat resistance or reduce power rating. Said induction cooktop has 90% efficiency, then 2.5KW head might have 250W heat shared by IGBT and rectifier?
2.Second time I focus on the printing style and got confirmation from seller but I found photo and listing title are different, I might get IXGR60N60C2D1 with higher or doubled Ciss, can I use it to replace IXGR40N60C2D1 or even IXGR32N60CD1 (smaller cook head)?
3.I broken one diode near by the IGBT, anybody knows its part#? could it be a 18V zener at the base input of IGBT?
4.any replacement part# for IXGR40N60C2D1? I check other parts from say ST, but IXGR has faster speed.
