Usualy their technical support is very helpful - even for parts no longer in production...

I agree with mk_. When my old EA Elektro-Automatik PS2316-050 lost a channel (long out of warranty) I mailed them for service documentation. While they did not have a real service manual available they promptly sent me the complete schematics which were very helpful in repairing the fault. I'm not sure they'll do that for devices that are still being manufactured/sold but it's worth a try.

PS: You did check the fuse on the back, right?

This is the aux power supply.
When power on, the input power inceases 70 between 100 VAC first the aux power supply started, the Volt/Amper display lighting up.
If the input voltage continue increases to 150 VAC the main supply wake up.
Between the main output ( Red-Black ) jack I measured cca. 20 Ohm.
Maybe this is a short circuit?
Now the aux supply can't start- try per second...
The support it has helped me so far...( sen to me the aux ps picture)
It stopped a few days ago.

this section gives +15v, -12v and an unknown voltage at X17 pins , maybe guess 24vdc at least   and an control line going to the v35 diode.

I see there is mention of an powerfail sense line too

If you say  you have an 20 ohms impedance at the psu main output, it is definitely an problem,  maybe you have some diode protection shorted out


Takes many photos of your boards and show us ... we could find something ?

Looks like a nice supply, good luck with your fix.

This is a little bit of a worry, could it be evidence of overheating/burning?  Might want to remove & evaluate that inductor...
