Elysium lx160b Pro need help

Need help.in new to forum
How I can upload photo here.
My lipo charger have 26v output strait when plugged into wall mains.is that possible that one of fz44ns gone bad.thanks

When plugged to mains I measuring 26v output.i think this shouldn't be  like that.help please if any have some ideas.thanks
