Endress Hauser Promag 50 flowmeter unable to complete start-up

Hello all,

I encountered this start-up issue with E+H flowmeter where the display will keep on flashing on the start-up message and unable to proceed to next message which is displaying the software version. I have replaced the power unit board but this did not solve the issue. Any advise?
