Epox/Pronix P55-VP3 motherboard
« on: September 02, 2023, 12:53:46 pm »
Hi there.
I've been repairing an older motherboard. This started as unknown status when I got it.
No boot, recapped it. Still no boot, but it blew a SOT-23 (QA1) komponent starting with "35" that's inbetween the 5V rail and a PLL52C64-05BSC.
Control seems to be 12V via a 10kOhm resistor. Don't know where it buggers off.
I replaced it by trial and error a and got it to pass +5V to the PLL.

However. I'm still getting +5V to the CPU (should be 3,3V).
I've located two SOT-23 components marked 1P and 72JXQ that both seemed blown (low values or shorted). Replaced with a 1P from the same board (fan header) and K72-marked from another board. My guess is these are a NPN-transistor and N-fet (2N7002).
Still. +5V.
The big FETs (NDP603AL) have been replaced with something near similar from Digikey. Still no go.

I'm looking at a SO/SOIC-8 package marked AR7010/G9735.
What could it be?
Here's what I've tried to find out as pinout:
1 ?
2 Feedback from cpu VCC
3
4

5
6 GND
7 VCC
8

I will add pictures.
