Equivalent for HP 1855-368? Is it that special?

Can you post  a clear close-up photo of it?  How is it marked?
A 3.5 digit 4.5 digit 5 digit 5.5 digit 6.5 digit 7.5 digit DMM is good enough for most people.

It'  an  approx. 1/8 in. diameter transistor that I haven't un soldered yet. I doubt my camera could get any
useful  pic of it.

Well, it is an HP 1855-0368. 

Which crosses to Siliconix FN2861 or National Semi SF55042, neither of which seems to be current production.  I haven't yet found a datasheet for either.  Sphere.bc has the original HP part in new and used.
