HP 3457a - Broken input finger grips

I have an HP 3457a with broken finger grips on two of the front inputs. Electronically, the inputs work fine, just the plastic finger grips are broken. The input terminals look like they are pressed into the front panel, and aren't replaceable like some other HP/Agilent/Keysight meters.

Does anyone know of a replacement for these grips?
