Extech 380820 AC Power Source repair

Hi everyone!
I have an Extech 380820 AC Power Source in which the EEPROM Serial IC U10 24LC64I chip on control processor board is burned out. I wrote to Extech support, but they denied saying that this product is discontinued. Maybe one of the enthusiasts who has such a power source will be able to read the firmware (Dump) from the U10 chip and put it here? I'll be very thankful. There is practically no place to find this firmware.
Thanks in advance.

Are you sure it's a firmware ROM?
It's only 64k bits.
Is the machine totally mute?
Manual indicates that flir.com is the support.
No idea what that really means.

it is most likely to store cal data and settings
it is possible that MCU code asks/needs functional EEPROM with something special (startup signature..) stored on it

Hello!
I replaced the 3.3V linear voltage regulator chip and soldered a new U10 chip without firmware. The device turns on, but the LCD screen is empty. Nevertheless, the firmware of the device is most likely in the U10.
