| f5 error that doesn't go away |

The problem is that the dishwasher is not getting enough water while it is running. The water supply hose takes normal water and the drain hose drains half of the water. This should not normally happen. The machine works, takes in water, the hose drains the water and gives an F5 error. Normally it should do this, I couldn't find the reason. This is my first post, I want help, please don't get me wrong, I'm not a troll, my question is, I set a program for this machine, then it works, water comes from the hose that receives water, water comes out from the other hose, and this turns into an F5 error. It is necessary. I have moderate knowledge of electronics and repair, not much, this is my first experience, please help.The drain hose drains the water while the machine is receiving water. Because this happened, F5 appears, I tried resetting, I checked the pipes, I checked the sensor. |

I therefore would first look at the drain valve to see if maybe it doesn't close properly, then would look at level sensors. The main board is way down the list of possible causes, and would only be worth investigating if you can show that the valve is not getting the correct drive to it (e.g. on when it shouldn't be), or there is evidence of water leakage that may have reached the board. Good luck and be careful - mains electricity + water are very unfriendly to your safety. |
