FA-2 26GHz frequency counter prescaler. Need help with IC recognition

Hello!
I bought FA-2 Frequency counter (26.5Ghz version) and it worked fine up to 24GHz
After a few months it stopped working (the reason is not clear to me, maybe ESD), but the input RF power was definitely not exceeded.
I bought another one of the same device (again Eur 420)
a few months later the situation repeated itself with new device
after a short investigation I found out that the input prescaler is damaged
I set jumper between prescaler input and output. Freq on display is multiplied by 8 of actual frequency.
what i know about this IC
Max freq - 26.5Ghz Min 200 Mhz (maybe lower, but not tested)
Power supply voltage - +3.3V
Diff Input and Diff output
All other pins and pad connected to GNG
Please help recognize the prescaler chip. Marking code S004 SSZD6
or suggest alternatives (I haven't found a suitable alternative in stores. Or a different supply voltage or a different frequency range or a different pinout)

If you can modify pin14 to VCC and provide 5V VCC, you can use the HMC494 replacement.

FWIW, "C74" can operate at 5V.

This thread hasn't had any replies in a while, so I just decided to try HMC494
I bought 2 chips from Farnell in November 2023 and installed them on December 12th.
The 3.3 to 5V boost converter is mounted on the back of the board. The device has been working since December 2023 without any issues.
The upper frequency limit is now 19 GHz instead of 26.5 GHz. But this is better than a device with a broken channel.
So I followed your advice before it appeared. ;D
