I was wondering if anyone knows of a source for the well-known Triad TY-83, 84, and 85, DC-DC converter transformers. They were a sealed "hockey puck" or "cup casing" transformer that produced rather high voltages and currents from 12.6 VDC. The TY-83 had an output of 500 VDC at 250mA, the TY-84 was 600 VDC at 200mA, and the TY-85 was 600 VDC at 350mA. Sometimes these units show up on eBay. Does anyone know of a source?
