Firmware for DC2039A Evaluation Board [PIC16F1459]

Hello,
I am experimenting with a DC2039A evaluation board for IC LTC4015. I am looking for firmware for the PIC16F1459 microcontroller. This MCU communicates with the LTC4015 via I2C and it is necessary for use the GUI interface provided by Linear Technology. Unfortunately, I have erased the MCU memory and cannot communicate with the board.

Does anyone happen to have a dump of the flash memory for the PIC16F1459 firmware that they could share or provide assistance on how to recover it?

I found the official instructions on how to get the factory firmware from PIC16 on the DC2039a board. However, I can't find the memory dump anywhere.
