Finding a replacement part SL6NG
« on: April 05, 2024, 02:35:07 pm »
Hi all,

I'm trying to repair a 5Ghz Wifi amplifier.
The part I'm trying to replace is SL6NG (shorted)
This part sits on the 5V rail and is being used to bias the output transistor.
Can anyone help me identify a replacement?

See attached picture.
Thanks,
Bob
