Flir A40M

Was working perfect for a month until Flir had me switch from QuickPlot to ResearchIR. That worked fine until they recommended we switch to another computer tower with windows 10. That windows 10 move screwed up something software wise that I haven’t been able to fully triangulate. I tried going back to the old fully functioning windows 8.1 computer and now while the camera connects and configures correctly, when I run ipconfig it shows media disconnected. I’ve tried everything my energy the past 3 days nonstop has allowed me to try. Wiping every FLIR file off the computer and reinstalling - nothing. Wipe everything again, used a proxy server, and disabled the autoconfig properties for the ipiv settings - nothing. Did the sph dns flush commands - nothing. So everything says connected working fine, but the media is still disconnected. I doubled check to make sure it wasn’t being crowded out by any other plug in. At this point the only thing I think I can do is a hard reset of the camera, but no idea how to do that on this model and FLIR doesn’t seem to know either. It’s just a beautiful camera and I would absolutely hate for it to die because of some freakin software glitch :(.
