Flir One Personal Infrared Camera for iphone5 - no green light blinking.

Hello everyone my first post here.

I have a flir one that was working well last night.

Iphone 5 os8.1.3 and latest firmware and app for flir one via itunes.

It has steady green battery charge indicator which must be fully charge because it now charges the iphone.
latest version allows the phone to charge after flir one is fully charged up.

But when launch the app and it says put lens in middle postition make sure there is blinking green light.  There is none.

It there any reset for the flir one and how does one preform the reset?

I was givin these instruction from flirone support to reset the infrared camera

There is a pinhole reset button on the bottom of the FLIR ONE near the charging port. Please complete the following steps :

1. Power on FLIR ONE ie, move the shutter arm to the middle position
2. Press in and hold the reset button for 30 seconds
3. keep the FLIR ONE powered on for 24 hours to allow the battery to completely drain
4. Charge the FLIR ONE for 1-2 hours.
5. Connect the FLIR ONE to your iphone 5 to test function
