Fluke 111 repair

Hi folks!

I would like to seek help for my Fluke111 as one of the part burn so i am not able to see the marking. Any kind soul have the same DMM and let me know the part no. I have attached the picture and indicated with a yellow arrow for the part. Thanks in advance.

CR4 is marked "27 R"
Q4 is marked "1CKH"
