Fluke 15B+ cal eeprom dump

Hi. Does anyone have an eeprom dump of the cal data from U6? I am getting "Err" for a second on startup of the 15B+ meter so I'm assuming that I have messed up the eeprom somehow. Maybe overheated it doing a repair to a trace nearby. I know that the cal data won't be perfect for my unit, but maybe it's good enough and no more "Err". I can't find my eeprom programmer at the moment, so I can't check if I can read U6 manually. Could tthe "Err" message be related to something else?
