Hello everyone, please, I would appreciate it if you could support me with the repair of a Fluke 1743 device. The problem that it is currently experiencing is that it does not initialize, when energized with 220VAC only all the yellow LEDs turn on and stay there, with which is not possible to communicate the equipment with the PC.
I have replaced the capacitors and also the main board battery however the problem persists. If anyone has the service manual or has information/suggestions, please share with me.
